Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the website and mobile application (hereinafter collectively the "Service") provided by Nancale (hereinafter the "Provider"). By using the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The Service provides features such as soccer match schedules and related information, favorites registration, personal schedule management, and pre-match reminder notifications.

The match data, standings, player information, and other data provided by the Service are obtained from third-party sports data providers, and their accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are not guaranteed.

Article 3 (Account Registration)

• Some features of the Service require account registration (email address registration or Google account linking).
• The user is responsible for keeping their registration information accurate and up to date.
• The user is responsible for managing their account. The Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from unauthorized use by a third party.
• The Provider may suspend or delete, without prior notice, any account deemed to have violated these Terms.

Article 4 (Age Restrictions)

The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or older. Persons under 18 may not use the Service. Persons aged 14 or older but under 18 must obtain the consent of a person with parental authority to use the Service.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

In using the Service, the user must not engage in any of the following conduct.

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activity
• Acts that infringe on the rights or interests of the Provider, other users, or third parties
• Acts of impersonating other users
• Acts that place an excessive load on the Service's servers or networks, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, and the like
• Acts of redistributing or commercially using data provided by the Provider without permission
• Mass access to the Service or acquisition of information by automated means (scripts, bots, etc.)
• Any other conduct that the Provider deems inappropriate

Article 6 (User Content)

The user is responsible for the content of information posted or registered on the Service (favorites, personal schedules, notes, etc.; hereinafter "User Content").

The user grants the Provider permission to use (store, display, reproduce, distribute, etc.) User Content to the extent necessary for providing and operating the Service.

Article 7 (Push Notifications)

The Service may deliver push notifications, such as reminders before matches of favorite teams. Notifications can be disabled at any time through the device's OS settings and the in-app notification settings.

The Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the delivery of notifications.

Article 8 (Advertising)

The Service may display advertisements. Advertisements may be delivered through third-party networks (such as Google AdSense), and the Provider does not guarantee their content. The Provider is not involved in any transactions or disputes that arise between advertisers and users.

Article 9 (Modification and Suspension of the Service)

The Provider may change, add to, suspend, or terminate the content of the Service without prior notice to users. The Provider shall bear no liability whatsoever for any damages incurred by users or third parties as a result.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

• The Service is provided "as is," and the Provider makes no warranties whatsoever, whether express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights of its content.
• Information such as odds, probabilities, and predictions displayed on the Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation to engage in gambling or other transactions. The Provider shall not be liable for any actions taken based on such information.
• The Provider shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of data, loss of opportunity, etc.) arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
• The Provider shall not be liable for the content of external sites linked from the Service or embedded videos (such as YouTube).

Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights pertaining to the content of the Service (text, images, logos, source code, etc.) belong to the Provider or to the rightful holders. Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, the user may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publish such content.

Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)

The handling of users' personal information is governed by the separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 13 (Changes to the Terms)

The Provider may change these Terms at any time when it deems necessary. In the event of a material change, the Provider will give notice on the Service. The amended Terms take effect from the time they are posted on the Service.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute between the Provider and a user in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Provider's operator shall be the exclusive agreed-upon court of first instance.
